About OPOW
The Office of Multi-Sport Complex (OPOW) of Oran is a public administrative institution responsible for managing sports facilities in the Oran region.
Our History
OPOW was established by Ministerial Decree No. 150 of August 10, 1977, and was inaugurated on March 21, 1978. Since then, we have been dedicated to providing world-class sports infrastructure to serve athletes, clubs, and the general public.

Management & Governance
OPOW is managed by a Board of Directors established by Ministerial Decree No. 150 of August 10, 1977. The organization is led by a management team assisted by specialized departments and a dedicated team of workers.
